Scherer, a consumer-products solutions coach and highly respected conference speaker, is a 25-year veteran in the printing and packaging industries.
In 1995, along with two partners, Scherer established CL&D Digital as one of the first packaging printers to use Hewlett-Packard (HP) Indigo digital printing technology.
This industry-leading role set the stage for his election as chairman of the Indigo user group (ICE) for five consecutive years and a coveted invitation to join HP's Digital Printing Advisory Council, on which he served for two years. Scherer's primary focus is new product development ideas and packaging solutions and innovations.
